Happy Sunday or maybe not since the weekend is ending and Monday is right around the corner. For today’s workout I decided to get outside for my daily exercise. I went on a 30 minute walk in the park with my dog and then a 30 minute bike ride. I also did these 2 workout circuits twice each:
