I am usually a proponent of working the same muscle groups together on the same day (chest and triceps), but I saw the squat machine open at the gym and it was just calling my name out! So I decided to do a little tricep/leg mix and I didn’t mind the burn in both target areas.
Today I decided to try a few new back exercises at the gym using the cables. I really liked the change up and will most definitely incorporate the new moves into my routines. Here’s my workout from today:
I am a firm believer that diet plays an integral role in achieving a toned and fit body. I also believe that exercise plays an important role as well. That being said here is an ab workout that I did today:
Today I wasn’t in the mood to walk to the gym so I decided to workout in my apartment. In all honesty it got my heart rate up higher than normal. Sometimes I think changing up your workout from the norm can prove to be successful. I took to YouTube to find a cardio video and decided on Tae Bo Billy’s Bootcamp Cardio Inferno. By no means was this an easy workout and by the end I was feeling sweaty and great. Give it a try, go at your own pace and remember, “If you want to change your body, you first have to change your mind.”
I just finished this arm video by Tracy Anderson for the second day in a row and let me tell you the second day wasn’t any easier! Hopefully after I do this video every day for 2 weeks I will successfully make it through without the burn.
