At the end of this month I will be running my first race. It is the Women’s Health Run 10 Feed 10 Race. I have been training for a few weeks now and am getting really excited. Since I have moved to NYC I have decided to take up running as a new thing to involve myself in. What excites me about this particular race is that the money raised will go directly to feeding the homeless in New York City. I think this is a great cause and any amount of money would make an impact. I would love to be able to raise some money for this race. Any donations would help and I would greatly appreciate it.

Saying this past month has been busy would be an understatement! It has been crazy, hectic and everywhere in between. Thankfully the month is coming to an end with one of my favorite holidays of the year…HALLOWEEN! I hope everyone has been working hard to get into shape to look good in their costumes!
Although I haven’t posted at all this past month doesn’t mean that I have not been working out. I would be lying if I didn’t admit that I haven’t been spending as much time as I would like to in the gym, but that is going to change! I am declaring November as MY MONTH. It is time to spend on myself, working on getting into kick ass shape by eating clean and training dirty. You should join in too! The thing about fitness is that it is a lifestyle not a fad diet.
