Clean Eats

For dinner tonight I made a super yummy egg white omelet!


Ingredients: 3 egg whites

Chopped onion

Chopped red pepper


Olive Oil

Preparation: Sauté the chopped onion and red pepper in a small frying pan using a 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil (I prefer extra virgin). After a few minutes when the vegetables are softened, pour the 3 egg whites into the pan on top of the vegetables. Once cooked through place on top of a bed of fresh spinach.
