Triceps and Legs

I am usually a proponent of working the same muscle groups together on the same day (chest and triceps), but I saw the squat machine open at the gym and it was just calling my name out! So I decided to do a little tricep/leg mix and I didn’t mind the burn in both target areas.

Triceps:

Plus some cardio – because who doesn’t love a good heart racing, blood pumping burn!

You know it was a great workout when your legs are sore for the next few days! Feel the burn!
